RETURN ELIGIBILITY
-Item(s) must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

-Item(s) must be in the same condition so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

-El Husuba is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. All of our items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected by our experts, you will receive an email from us about your returned item approval and refund status.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipment
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
